Adobe Expands Firefly Boards Globally with New AI Video Models and Creative Tools

Adobe has officially launched Firefly Boards worldwide, positioning it as an AI-first collaborative platform for brainstorming and content creation. Previously available in beta, Firefly Boards now integrates cutting-edge models from Adobe as well as partners such as Google, Runway, Luma AI, Black Forest Labs, and Moonvalley.

New AI Video Models for Storytelling

With the global rollout, Adobe is introducing two powerful generative video models — Runway Aleph and Moonvalley Marey. These tools allow creators to generate storyboards, motion clips, and visual narratives directly within Firefly Boards. They join a growing lineup of supported models including Luma AI’s Ray, Google’s Gemini 2.5 Flash Image, Veo 3, and Pika, giving creators a wide array of options for both static and motion content.

Features to Streamline Creative Workflows

The platform also debuts three new features designed to simplify and speed up creative processes:

Adobe says these updates are aimed at reducing iteration cycles and ensuring teams can stay aligned on ideas without needing to switch across multiple platforms. Firefly Boards also supports real-time collaboration, enabling shared access to assets, models, and edits within a single workspace.

Subscription Plans and Integrations

To accompany the global release, Adobe is rolling out new Firefly subscription plans in Standard, Pro, and Premium tiers. Each plan offers different generative credit allowances but includes:

Creative Cloud Pro subscribers will continue to enjoy access to Firefly’s premium capabilities.

Building the Future of Creative Collaboration

With this launch, Adobe positions Firefly Boards as a central hub for ideation and iteration — combining advanced AI models, collaborative tools, and seamless integrations in one place. The goal, Adobe says, is to empower teams to create faster, smarter, and more collaboratively than ever before.
